Your Role: As a Senior Air Conditioning Technician or Service Manager at IDEAL AIR, your typical day will involve:
- Efficiently managing a schedule of breakdowns, services, or installations in Refrigeration, HVAC, and Air Conditioning, using ServiceM8.
- Responsibility for your own vehicle, maintaining stock levels and ensuring the right equipment for each task.
- Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice in Air Conditioning and HVAC.
- Seamless communication with the office team for a smooth day.
- Valuable contributions to growing our client base and expanding your team.
Qualifications: We're looking for candidates who have:
- Full Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician qualifications and multifaceted experience in HVAC.
- Expertise in Supermarket refrigeration, chillers, high-rise, and commercial Air Conditioning, HVAC controls, installations, and commissioning.
- Experience in on-site teaching and small installation projects in Air Conditioning and HVAC.
- Strong presentation skills and a positive attitude.
- Aspirations for career growth, both in trade skills and office-based supervisory roles in HVAC.
